I’m so excited I could almost hop out of my skin! My relatives have arrived. We now have two new tadpoles in our classroom. They don’t have names yet, maybe we could name them when you come back after Spring Break. Be thinking of some really cool names for them. I can’t wait to start telling you about the life cycle of a frog!

I’m going to suggest…
My suggestion for Thing 1 and Thing 2 is
Kaul for number 1 and Quappe for number 2, and together they are “Kaulquappe”, the German word for a tadpole.

Naming the Tadpoles
Frolly, Colly, Molly, Rawly, Frogy, and Woggy. Wally, Bowser, Mario, Luigi just to name a few. Some major brainstorming was going on tonight!
