Obey the Rules and Have Fun!
If you haven’t been to Orr’s Farm Market in Martinsburg, WV, then you’re missing out on something truly special. The market is top notch, but the drive out there is what makes the trip exciting for me. Situated between acres of peach and apple trees is a large open field that holds a herd of bison. Their enclosure parallels the road, and on really lucky days, the animals are only a few feet away from the edge of the fence munching away happily on grass, creating the perfect photo opportunity. Even when they are deeper in the field it’s fun to see them.
I can’t believe I almost forgot to mention the Long Horn Cattle! There’s a herd of them out there as well.

I only live about an hours drive from Martinsburg and after seeing all of these posts about Orr’s Farm Market, I’ve decided that I’d like to drive there sometime to check it out. I probably wouldn’t have known about it if I hadn’t found it on here.
I think my kids would like to see the bison and it just looks like the area is very pretty.

Hi again Polly,
We really like going to Orr’s Farm also! We love picking strawberries and raspberries in the summer. I cant wait to go on the weekends because I heard they are having Smoothie Saturdays!
