Polly # 9 says, “Hop, Hop, Hooray! It’s Spring!

I love the rain!

I have been having so much fun on my sleepovers that I forgot to write and tell you how happy I am that spring is here! I must admit that I really don’t like winter very much. You see, we frogs usually hibernate during the winter, so I’m not used to all of that cold weather.

We’ll talk more about that when we learn about frogs and our life cycle. Now back to spring, I know that “spring has sprung” because it’s been raining a lot and the weather is getting warmer.

I actually like the rainy days(we frogs like getting wet) along with the sunny days. And just look at the buds on this tree, and these pretty little flowers! Oh happy day, now we can get our tadpoles and begin learning about my family!

    I love Polly’s rain suit and clothing. This evening I told Grace that we will take Polly this weekend and she said, “She needs clothes and a bag. You know like Polly #9, I told her that I didn’t have any and she said just make them like Mrs. Shickle did. Way to go the kids love her and the bag!
