I'm Happy That CHKD Can Help Breonna's Little Sister!
Hi Guys! It’s Polly Pitts again. I’m writing this time to tell you about my adventure to CHKD. CHKD is the Children’s Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia.
I went along with Breonna, her mom and dad, and her baby sister. Breonna’s sister has a blood disorder called Sickle Cell Anemia. Some times she can get really sick, but to help keep her from getting sick we bring her to the hospital for check-ups. It was so much fun to be there to support her. I know it can be scary sometimes to go to the doctor’s office or the hospital, but I knew that they would take good care of her.

I have never been to a hospital but I’m glad that it wasn’t scary. I hope they are able to make Breonna’s sister feel better! Also,I really like your new dress! You look very pretty.
